Metro 2039 is not announced for Game Pass
Deep Silver has not said Metro 2039 will be in the Game Pass library at launch. The Xbox page talks about Xbox Play Anywhere and streaming a copy you own with Game Pass cloud gaming. That is access to a purchased game, not a subscription download.
I read the Xbox feature list next to Deep Silver’s FAQ, which only names stores where you can buy the game. The cloud sentence is easy to misread as “included with Game Pass”. It does not say the game is in the catalog. I am leaving day-one Game Pass as unannounced, not as a no.
Two different Xbox features
Play Anywhere means a digital purchase can be used on Xbox consoles and on Windows under Microsoft’s rules. Cloud streaming, in the sentence Xbox published, is for members who stream games, including ones they own. Neither sentence is a Game Pass launch announcement.

Questions
Can Game Pass Ultimate stream Metro 2039?
Xbox says Game Pass cloud gaming can stream the game. Read that with the purchase: it describes streaming, not a free catalog add.
Will it join Game Pass on 4 February 2027?
Nobody official has said yes or no. Check the Xbox page again closer to launch.
Is it on PC Game Pass?
Not announced. PC buyers are pointed at Steam, Epic, and the Microsoft Store.
